Unfortunately, Marin posted an incorrect email address for me. My contact info is ann@annroth.net. So Abamabecky, if you've emailed already and have gotten no reply, this is why. Please email again!
Here is a question for today. What are you reading this week? I was gone last week and picked up Sandcastles by Luanne Rice. So far it's excellent!
Bye,

The one nice thing about our vacation at the beach house--fish smell and minor flooding notwithstanding *g*-- was some time to read! I finished and thoroughly enjoyed Into Thin Air, a funny paranormal by deubt author Cindy Miles, Hot Wheels and High Heels by award-winner Jane Graves, and the Desperate Duchesses, the first in Eloisa James' new historical series. I kept dogging stores to see if I could find some of the July Harlequins I wanted to read, but the June ones were still out.
Tanya (whose first HAR is out this month--yay!)
They all sound good, Tanya. Thanks for sharing!
I recently finished an older Diana Palmer, Lady Love. Now I am working on His Private Pleasure by Donna Kauffman and then reading The Rebel Prince by Raye Morgan. I want to get to Broken by Megan Hart and The Marriage Bed by Judith Arnold very soon(I keep saying that and alway end up reading a different one). There are so many books I want to get to soon. I think I calculated it out and if I read at the pace I'm reading now, I'll have enough books for 21/2 years (that's if I don't buy any new one. What and miss a whole slew of great books. I don't think so.)
LOL, Christa! I feel your pain. But ain't it great having so many books to choose from? :-)
Yes but the hair keeps gettin shorter and shorter because I keep ripping it out.
My mother recently gave me a big box of older Harlequin American Romance and Harlequin Presents, so I'm trying to work my way through those. I've just finished The Cowboy and the Countess by Darlene Scalera and just started Stone Kiss by Faye Kellerman. I like all types of books from romance to suspense and everything in between, so I have 2 TBR piles, one romance and another for everything else :) I try to read a romance and then switch around!! This summer I've also read The Overlook by Michael Connelly and started on the Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child.
Wow, Becky- You like to read all sorts of books. So do I. Love that you're reading old Harl. American romances. They've evolved quite a bit over the years, huh?
I'm just beginning to read Coulda Been a Cowboy by Brenda Novak.
